done some printmaking yesterday, super fun,
tried mono-printing
Awsome interesting outcomes, i love these black and white contrasts.
mite use the mono printing mushrooms on my a3 project.
roll paint onto a piece of glass....engraving a design on paint and then pressing paper over top,
and also doing the opposite...... put the paper over top of the rolled out paint.. and then using a rounded object, indent a design (tree)on the paper. then pull the paper off to see the results.
i tried both, and combined the techniques together.
if i feel like the lines have too much paint on them, i simply get another piece of paper and apply it onto of my print, and reprint it to the next paper..
tried lino printing, very much enjoyed carving the lino, i think this could become a hobbie.

using a piece of lino, i drew on the design i wanted, then carved out the areas i didnt want to turn out in the print with carving tools........ to create space...
I'm confident in my idea to use both these approaches for my final piece..
still need to get some pinhole photos done, cant find my photographs from previous tries.
