some of my favourite pieces of hers that shes done are........
thought it was amazing that with the pinhole images, the moving people did not turn out in the end result, or maybe only slightly.
If creating a ghost like figure, this would be perfect.
Ann Hamilton
I really liked a picture where the image of a man is in the picture close up, but faded.
this technique created a boarder like image around the image, as if your looking out from somebodies eyeball, and seeing what they see.
had a tour to the photography room, got really excited, cant wait to use the photography room.
went for a walk around Invercargill today snapping a few photos of the town buildings, I tried to get some good structural buildings down the streets, without too many trees and cars in the way. I like to bend down to ground level and take shots, or tilt the camera upwards, to get a look of great height in the photos.
Using photographs
I love the top parts of the buildings, to be honest I never really look up at the buildings, just focused on what was eye level infront of me.
HERES SOME SNAPS I GOT FROM JUST DOWN THE ROAD
love ally ways, show depth.
LOVE THIS ANGLE, HOW IT GIVES THE DEPTH OF THE ALLY WAY, BUT STILL FOCUSES ON THE ARTWORK ON THE WALL TOO, I COULD MAYBE ADD SOME IMAGES GOING DOWN HERE, HALF VISUAL PERSONS.
LOOKING UP
WAS THINKING IT WOULD BE AMAZING TO RECREATE THE IMAGES IN THE WINDOW REFLECTION,
Im thinking i might do a tour round Invercargills beautiful scenes and snap up some interesting pics.
maybe do a Invercargill under water theme?
or some neat silhouettes?
Little old invers in the palm of your hand?
Giant mushrooms growing round town.
i have these fungus photos i photographed.. maybe they can be growing everywhere?
a future Invercargill may have had a disaster, and been abandoned for years, whilst the people do not step foot in the buildings from quarantine , plant life and fungi eventually take over

She does these gorgeous images of people, they turn foggy and mysterious,
yet they look so expressive you can almost see how their feeling.
Almost porcelain doll like.

PINHOLE CAMERAS !!!!
how to make a pinhole camera?

how to make a pinhole camera?
19th july 2018
made some pinhole cameras today,
Picked out a container/box/tin/ any thing structured so we can get in and out of, and block out the light.
I used a box
Painted the box black, inside and out.
Using black tape blocked out edges and corners that light may creep in
Cut a square out of the front piece
Using a can, cut a bigger square and tape over the hole securely
